If you are interested in becoming a .XXX registrar, our one requirement is to be ICANN Accredited.
For more information on ICANN's accreditation process please review ICANN's website at
http://www.icann.org/en/registrars/accreditation.htm.
1. If you are an ICANN Accredited Registrar, it will be necessary to have your RADAR administrator log in and designate .XXX as a TLD, and
sign the .XXX appendix once provided.
2. ICM requires you to complete our Request for Information (RFI)
which you can download from here.
3. ICM will receive notification from ICANN that your appendix has been completed.
4. ICM will forward to you our Registry Registrar Agreement (RRA) and related authorization forms.
5. Upon receipt of the RRA, related authorization forms and initial deposit, ICM will forward the Sunrise Manual and related technical documents.
6. ICM and Afilias will help you through our Operational Test
Enviornment (OTE).
